This fantastic 3 star award has been presented to the Group for achieving a high score during the Best Companies survey, which examined people's views on Business culture, benefits, management and day to day life.

The survey reveals how employees really perceive their work environment, and shows the Group's dedication to well-being and development, just two years on from receiving 1 star in 2014.
